Does Pasarol take a commission from transactions?
No. No commission: Pasarol is only a place for listings, and payment happens directly between seller and buyer outside the platform.
How do I pay for a plan?
Virtual account (Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata, CIMB Niaga, BSI) or bank transfer. Listed prices are final.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Within the first 24 hours before your first listing goes live, you get a full refund. After that, refunds are calculated pro-rata based on your remaining subscription period, less payment-gateway fees. See Terms & Conditions §6.4 for full details.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is for those stepping up; Pro gives you more active listings, featured slots, and bumps per month.
Is my data safe?
Your data is processed on industry-standard secured servers, in accordance with Indonesia's Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Does my listing go live right after posting?
Listings from new sellers are reviewed by our team before going live (usually within 24 hours); listings from verified sellers can go live immediately.
What is seller verification, and what's the benefit?
Verifying with a KTP (individuals) or NIB (businesses) confirms your identity to buyers, lets your listings go live instantly without waiting for our review, and gives a small search-ranking boost. Start verification in your dashboard's Profile tab.
