Does Pasarol take a cut from transactions?
No. Pasarol is only a listing platform - payment happens directly between seller and buyer outside the platform.
How do I pay for a plan?
GoPay, QRIS, or bank transfer. Listed prices are final.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Within the first 24 hours before your first listing goes live, you get a full refund. After that, refunds are calculated pro-rata based on your remaining subscription period, less payment-gateway fees. See Terms & Conditions §6.4 for full details.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is for those stepping up; Pro gives you more active listings, featured slots, and bumps per month.
Is my data safe?
Your data is processed on industry-standard secured servers, in accordance with Indonesia's Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). You can request deletion of your data at any time.
